Acura TL Vs. G35!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I'm in the market for a new car and i was looking into a 2005 tl or a 2004 g35 and was just wondering how do the cars compare. Maybe some of u guys have experience with both of these cars. Exterior, interior, power, handling, looks ect.....
