Acura TL New Owner - Glad to join you A-Zine
Our Toyota Matrix was totaled by a Redlight runner,
And I was eyeing this beauty for about a month, finally the right price showed up in the color I wanted.
So glad with the purchase. It's my first "luxury" vehicle, and I think I just spoiled myself bad. Love the car!

It has around 70k miles, everything seems to be in good order,
When idling it has a tiny bit of idle rumble, which I hope is normal.
But otherwise, love the ride!

Hey, congrats on your new ride. It's amazing it was still available after a month too! I had a similar situation-I T-Boned another car, but the girl driving got the ticket for failure to yield. It totaled my Sebring convertible. That's why I now own an Acura too.

Just wanted to clarify, it's not ebony interior! it's Gray.
Looks pretty slick though!
I picked her up for 13 and change >![Smile](https://acurazine.com/forums/images/smilies/smile.gif)
I got real lucky, out of CL
Just have to touch up a couple of spots on the bumper, and replace the badly curbed rims (2)
Buff off some black marks on the leather interior

CONGRATS!! Is it an 04 or an 05? Did you get the Nav?
When someone said it was Ebony interior I went back up to look at the pic and thought it could very well be Quartz interior, besides 70k miles on an 06 would have seemed like a lot, although I've seen 06s with more
. Congrats on the color combo, When I bought my 05 TL, that was the color combo I wanted WDP/Quartz, since I don't really like the Parchment/Wood interior. Since WDP/Quartz was so rare, I ended up with NBP/Ebony which was the only other color combo I wanted.

It's an 05 w/o Navi,
I have my goofi little Garmin on my dashboard most of the time
oh well, will have to manage, I still love the damn car so much.
The WDP has some orange lil spots all over it, I guess I should be getting a full wax / polish detail treatment? I hope the paints not too crapped out. What do you guys think?
Also the last man who drove it was a bit old, I dont think he pushed it, but I dont think he was too good on maintenance and babying the car either.

Are you referring to the little rust color specks in the paint? I have them too from when I parked my car downtown for the night and that shit got all over it. You just need to wash the car and then clay bar it and that should work

rough idle on start up is normal - its part of the ULEV system.
rough idle after the car is warm can be fixed by cleaning the throtte body with some seafoam. do a search, there is ton of info on this.
