Hi everyone =)
I just got a used Acura tl 06 the other day and yeah it has some dents and scratches. The worst part is the front bumper which is cracked. So i'm not sure how the prices go for bumpers and such but there is an advertised price 200$ for an a spec front bumper and was wondering if thats a good deal or not. Lemme know and thanks guys.

 

there is no such thing as an aspec bumper. there is an aspec lip for the front bumper and then you have the bumper itself.

 

Agreed - no such thing as an A-Spec bumper.

I'll take the extra step to be helpful to your situation, though.

Contact AckTL05 for a bumper or check the black market board.

 

There's a chance that the A-spec lip will cover up the crack on your bumper. Pics?

You need a new bumper but a lip will probably cover that.

 

How much would it cost to get a new lip? I'm not really sure where to look for a good deal.

 

^ by lip...you mean A-Spec lip right? Because that piece (bottom of the bumper) you can't get it I belive. You gotta get the whole bumper as I know.

But as they said, f..k it, just get a A-Spec and it'll cover it.

Rear is prob. same
Sides are 270 maybe

Yeah, i asked him but he hasn't replied. I was looking at this http://www.lips-kit.com/product_info...roducts_id=113 don't mean to advertise other products but would that work it is a bit cheaper. I'm still waiting for AcKTL05 reply though.

i do not believe those are genuine OEM honda parts on that site. aftermarkt lips are NOT painted. the fitment of such products are not that great either.

genuine OEM lip kits from honda come painted to match your car and they fit.

be patient with ack...he's a busy man.

if you want the entire lip kit, there might be still a group buy on them.

have fun with the fiberglass front lip, plus add on the additional amount it will cost to paint it. Learn right the first time and go with one of the vendors, Tim or Ack.
