Question Acura TL 105K Maintenance Advice and part numbers, Cam seals ??

I am looking to get 105K maintenance done on 2004 Acura TL Auto FWD. I debating on getting it done with my trusted mobile mechanic vs a trusted import shop. I am looking to get the follow parts replaced. Do I need to get Camshaft seals and Crankshaft Seal replaced ? (Import shops recommending it.) Mobile mechanic is saying "On Honda products, there is no need to replace those seals (same with the tensioner and idler pulley, they rarely go ) "

What do you guys think probably will keep the car another 2-3 years roughly 30K miles

Also am I missing any parts to order ?

Timing Belt 14400-P8A-A02
Auto Tensioner 14520-P8E-A01
Timing Belt Idler Pulley 14550-P8A-A01
Water Pump & Gasket 19200-P8A-A02
Power Steering Belt 56992-P8A-A01
A/C / Alternator Belt 38920-P8C-A02
Coolant service/flush done with water pump removal
Thermostat 19301-P8E-A10

you should change it all while you are in there .. if the mobile mechanic says not to then go to the import shop.

I replaced the seals and tensioner and idlers and thermostat. There is a thread or two with all the PNs. But I planned on keeping the car for way more than 2-3 years/30000 miles.

My mobile mechanic will charge me $360 for labor.
You think I can source these parts less then $300?

Try rockauto.com, AISIN Part # TKH002, $193.79
I believe AISIN is the Japanese OEM supplier to Honda for these parts. Why not buy genuine OEM parts without the Honda name on them?

https://www.rockauto.com/catalog/mor...456&cc=1429130

Cam and crankshaft seals from them would run about an additional $20 combined

Probably will spend the extra $100-200 buck and get the import auto shop to do the work. They warranty it for 30K miles or 30 months which ever comes first. Plus its easier for them to get all the parts for me then me having to research all the part numbers and potentially getting wrong parts which would hold up the mobile mechanic.
