Acura Emblem on the Airbag Cover

Acura Emblem on the Airbag Cover

The A Emblem on the Airbag Cover is peeling and the dealership won't cover it even though i have an extended warranty since i am over 50k milage
Any suggestions?

c if u can just buy the sticker, i dont think it should be hard at all to do urself ...

the problem is its not a simple sticker. its a hard emblem and i cant even take the airbag cover itself either.. i have to replace the whole airbag which is $$$$$$
im wondering if anyone got to paint the emblem or was able to take the emblem off somehow..

maybe try another dealership, or as slowrider suggested y dont u just try a heat gun out and c what happens ... if u dont have a heat gun, i am pretty sure a hair dryer will suffice.

The emblem is separate from it. It is glued on.

You can try a salvage yard to, could probably get it a lot cheaper.

Is it the exact same as this picture or the one that has no clear coat around it. If it is just a the "A" you could sand the rest of the silver stuff and repaint it.
You cant replace the emblem, it is stamped from the back. removing that thing would not be recommended due to some risks involved.
