I'm not paying bill other drivers insurance is. He has GEICO and if they want to make me happy they have to replace it with OEM.

When my car got hit twice and the other people were at fault getting oem parts is pretty hard they don't have to do that anymore I found out. It used to be as long as you had below 100k miles they would. They will most likely find you parts out of lkq. However the vendors on this site were always cheaper so I got oem anyways. Take your car to get a estimate from a shop who is expensive and submit them that bill. I did that and they paid that much.

^ Depends where you live, some states you are allowed to specify OEM. I did for my accident and the dude used an aftermarket A/C condenser and I made them replace it with OEM as requested.

Find a trustworthy body shop and have them put oem parts on it and let them battle it out with insurance. I have a buddies dad who owns a USA Collision store who ensures it's done to my high standards. If your in Cincinnati area I'll hook you up.

From Geico rep I'm working with at body shop now. He said "Everything is getting replaced OE sheet metal and other parts. Radiator and condenser will be after market but they will be warrantied and long as I own the vehicle."
Doesn't sound to bad to me.

2013 Kia Optima LX Hybrid
Not a bad driver definitely economy #1 priority good ride feels like a spaceship with all technology in it. Doesn't look to bad either hybrid rims don't look great, not bad overall.

Glad you're getting the TL fixed. I think the Optima looks like nice. Especially in SX/Limited trim.
