Access to Relay

How do I access the relay switches in 04 TL? I know they are above the fuse box on the driver seat. What do I remove to get to the relay switches?

Access to Relay

Just go under your steering wheel like a contortionist's and you'll see them .

It's a PITA but they're there. Find the one you need and pull hard
