Absent minded dealership

I opted to get the block heater ( new england is freezing, 12 degrees F this morning!!). Anyways the Dealership fished the plug through the driver's side grill in the bumper. No big deal right? WRONG! They cut a small section of the fin away to pass the plug through!!
If I had known that they were going to cut that I would have asked to have it zip tied underneath somewhere!

Chad,

How's the new TL? Were you out in traffic yesterday (sitting there)

Did you end up buying from Acura of Peabody? I'm not too satisfied with Clair Acura in Walpole.

The black grills snap in (saw it yesterday when working on the side markers, easy to replace, have them fix it the way you like.

Have you seen the Honda installation instructions? They provide very detailed instructions for installing all of the accessories. This may well have been what the instructions told them to do. I'm not arguing it as an attractive or thoughtful solution--but it may be "as engineered."
