About to hit 70K....
I got my TL last summer at 48,000 miles. Only maintenance that was done on it was oil changes. I put a new set of tires on it about 3 months ago and have done oil changes at required intervals.
Anything I should get checked out that is known to need replaced by now since it's approaching 70k?

Can't tell what year you have, but regardless, I would immediately change out the transmission pressure switches, and get the original transmission fluid out of there by doing three x 3 quart changes (a 3x3) over a period of a few weeks. There are many threads and DIYs on the transmission issues I suggest you research if you have questions.

The car keeps track of most maintenance but the problem is that it doesn't realize when you make "changes" to the car.
For example the transmission fluid is supposed to be replaced every 30K miles. So you should have had a fluid change at 30K, 60K, and then 90K miles! However you can change it and the car won't register it since there is no actual "sensor". The car uses complex calculations to determine the quality of the oil and fluids.
But to answer your question this is what the schedule is:
Trans fluid every 30K
PS Fluid every 3 years
Brake fluid every 2-3 years depending on climate (humidity levels)
Coolant - 7-10 years or 100K miles
Timing Belt 105K/7-10 Years
Spark Plugs 105K
Engine Air Filter 30K miles
Cabin Air Filter 30K miles
The filter replacements are easy! The DIY's are in the 3G Service dept. As well the Honda filter for the engine is best in my opinion. For the cabin the HA5 filter from rock auto has carbon in it so it removes odors, plus it's cheaper than the factory filter.

I am currently at 67K miles and had my transmission fluid changed this past Thursday. After reading a few post here I noticed a similar problem with my TL where the shifting between gears was getting a little rough and or sticking. I looked online and there is a maintenance minder for the transmission fluid but after 2+ years of owning the car myself (2nd owner) I never saw a number 3 pop up. I purchased the car at 25K miles and have put 42K miles in 2years 8 months. I thought it was odd so I called my dealer and explained that I was a little concerned, he even thought it was weird that it never popped up after so many miles so he had the tech look at the oil and he said it was dark but not terrible. He recommended I do 1 change now, another when my oil change is due (4Kmiles), and another down the road. He said I did not need the 3x3 right now and to stay away from anyone who offers using the machine to change the tranny oil as the machine can damage the transmission(FYI).
I also asked to change my brake fluid since I never did it but they noticed they changed it last year while dealing with a warranty issue.
I just had my front brakes and rotors changed (duralast) If you have not done so already I do recommend you checking yours. While changing them I found out I need to change my back ones as well. =( Autozone here I come again.
Changed my Air filter and cabin filter myself (SUPER EASY) when the maintenance minder popped. Here are the videos I used to do my change.
I did not know about the power steering fluid but I just saw this video and am thinking I can do it myself.
My worry is, should I worry about air getting in the pump?

When I did the PS I kinda dropped some on the belt. You can get a turkey baster and get it out that way, just be careful. Of course I cleaned it up and everything has been fine, it's been about 2 months now. Then what you do is turn the wheel all the way left and right, check the level, cuz it's going to be short. Refill and turn the wheels, this will get all the air out of the system.
