Got to be AM for me... I have always liked the darker colors...

I know a few ppl with WDP and it looks great... But not for me...

So again AM is my choice...

Best of luck to you bud...

Salut

too much anthracite TLs.. (although they look awesome), but u might end up not feeling as unique. i would get white diamond pearl because it looks very good and catches attention.

or get desert mist.. thats a TL color i woudl like to see more often. it looks good, but makes you feel older, unless you mod it to look pimp then its perfect.

Now I have the 18 inch chrome A-spec wheels, I will show you a pic when its daylight and I can take a good pic.

The car stays cooler too due to the white color and light interior. I have parchment.

I think AM is like one of the least sporty colors there is for the TL, aside from desert mist. Go for the WDP.

A white car in NYC!!! Crazy! Get the AM if you put the 18's it looks awesome!! Plus you get the benefit of the gray hiding more dirt from the snow and all the sand that they put on the streets. Just go outside and look at all the white cars and look at the gray cars and you will see how dirty white can get!

What about ABP (Blue)? I didn't see you say you've had blue before. IMHO there are way too many grey/silver cars out there for me to own one. Plus, the ABP with Quartz is really sharp.

If you had green, black, and silver in the past, why get gray?? To me, it is just another silver car. I would go with the White in your shoes. In mine, I go with black. Nothing looks better than a nice, clean, black car. Can't tell if a silver car is dirty or clean, it never looks totally clean!!!

I don't have an issue with mine, but then again, I'm not hunting for problems on it either. I keep it clean, it sparkles in the sun, and it looks good as far as I can tell.

the blue is ok but i dont like it, it does snow in nyc but who cares car washes are under $10 anyway, just gota apply lots of wax and i'll be good lol

on the real though, grey does hide dirt good, white is so nice at night time, it is a tough choice

Hey, I can respect that not everyone likes the blue. (I have ABP/Quartz).

If thats the case I'd say go for the white. I have to apologize, I can't remember the member's name, but there is somebody on here that has a WDP and they tinted the windows with a film that had a hint of metallic green. It looked really good and I bet you could do the same effect with a variety of colors. Try a search and maybe you'll find a pic.

Good luck, and no matter what color, I'm sure you'll love the car. Let us all know what you wind up getting!!!

Edit: Found him. Its ali_enterprises. I hope he doesn't mind, but I stole the link off his sig to the pictures of his car. I think it is really sharp, but see for yourself.

i know this question is off topic, but is there a way to find out how many of each colors acura made in the past for the TL? does anyone work for acura and can obtain this info? i'm asking this because it just seems like i've been seeing a lot of AM lately.

anyways, its so weird how you're going through the same exact dilema as me. i'm about to order a TL but can't decide on which color. and i too have narrowed it down to WDP or AM.

i've had purple, black and silver cars before and though i would love to get another black, i just can't stand how hot it gets and how quickly it gets dirty.

here's what i think of these two colors:
WDP - it has a very clean and classy look to it. but, my younger brother owns a white altima and, though its not as bad as black, it gets dirty fast.
AM - its a unique color. but, it seems like dark gray is the popular color these days. audi has the dolphin gray and bmw has the silver gray metallic that looks similar. also, i feel like there are so many AM TLs on the road.

anways, i really like both WDP and AM equally, so i think i'll most likely flip a coin for it or something at the dealer.

i'm going up to la over the weekend and i'm going to check out some dealers up there. hopefully i'll get a good deal and come down with a brand new tl.

I got the Redondo Red and think it's a classy color. I do like the SSM and AM, but they are pretty common. When I see white, I think of ambulances, and desert Mist, well that is casket color to me. The green and blue are dark and will show the dirt/dust, but they are pretty classy too. Tough choice.

You're right. I like black and I have had black cars. But boy, are they tough to keep looking nice. Eventually get those swirls in the paint, but when they are polished highly, they gleam. Yeah red can look like blood, but fortunately, the Redondo Red is really bergundy colored. It's tough to keep clean, too.

Another vote for ABP. I had AM on order but it's very common and the ABP/Quartz is really sharp + no snow here!

i just went to the dealer and they confirmed that they sell anthracite the most.

what was interesting was that he told me that the next best selling color right now was the green one. but i don't believe him...

he told me to go with red if i want to drive a color that least people own.
