I dropped my TL off at the local Acura dealer today for the A1 service (5000 miles). I spoke briefly to the service manager about the vibration, memory seats, rattles, etc... He seemed pretty accomodating; ordered me 4 new tires and told me the memory seat fix is backordered until the middle of May. We'll see what the final tally is later today.

 

No hassle to get 4 "new" EL42s is always good.

Someone ppl got their memory seat module fast, but I wait for 4 weeks to get my backordered one, yours seems reasonable.

 

Took a week for my memory seat module to come in. I will ask about tires today.
