5auto trans fluid question

I was wondering about changing out the factory fill trans fluid before the specified time. Like many of you I have changed out the factory engine oil at 3000 and added a moly package to the new oil to maintain a similar chemistry to the factory fill just to get the break in materials out of there. Would it not be wise to change out the factory fill trans fluid prior to the recommended interval just to flush a portion of the break in materials from the tranny? I understand that the change would just be a portion of the total fluid volume, but I would think that most of the particals would have migrated to the bottom of the pan and would drain out. Does this make sense?

Auto trannies do not generate a lot of metal particles like engines do, so you won't flush much out. However, the additive packages in the fluid do wear out eventually, so draining and adding fluid (about 3 quarts) every 10,000 or 15,000 miles may be prudent.
