5 day old starter, car wont start now
2005 TL. Replaced starter 5 days ago car ran fine. Yesterday I Replaced air filter, cabin filter and new air tube between air filter box and engine. Car ran fine last night. This morning the Car won't start. I Turn the key and accessories come on. Turn key to start all the lights go out and car won't start. Take key out and try again the car stays completely dark. If I wait a few minutes, I can get the accessories back on but when I try to start the car the same thing happens. Everything goes dark again. Any thoughts? I just purchased the car used 6 weeks ago.

I agree with thoiboi. How old is the battery?? Where did you buy the starter?? Is it new? Reman? OEM? Could be that the new to you starter is no good.
