I've searched and searched to no avail. Apparently, no one with a 3G TL has modified their car with the addition of a 4th/F1/JDM brake light. I've wanted one of these on my other cars, however, none ever had a section on the rear bumper similar to how the TL has, making it somewhat easy to integrate. These brake lights are a common modification on WRX's, STi's, and GT86/FR-S/BRZ's in the states. In addition to added visibility, I also think they look phenomenal. I plan on using the middle of the garnish in the rear bumper to integrate mine. Here is a concept of what I'm envisioning:



As I make further progress, I'll make sure I update this thread in case anyone else is interested in this modification.

yeah, ive seen several TL's do this mod.
including my buddy.
he also did m3 vents in the hood.

so it's not as uncommon as ya think.

Technically speaking those "F1/JDM/4th brake lights" aren't brake lights at all, they're rear fog lights, used to see the car in front. Rear fog lights are common in other markets; in the US, not so much. When the TL was sold new in China it was equipped with a lower rear fog light and relocated reverse lights.
