so i was cruising in Northridge, So Cal when i spotted a 3rd gen with rims and a drop. im thinking oh shit. a nice 3rd gen TL in Northridge. i bearly see any nice modded TL's out here. so i pull up beside him showing him my 2nd gen TL and also checking his car out. there were cars infront so the light turned green. so i drove away thinking no race; i was cruising up to about 60 mph. then i see HIDs come up quick. then we finally came to a stop. i was thinking.. hmm Northridge area? CSUNiversity COPS up the ass? fuck it i wana see what this 3rd can do since i never raced a 3rd gen.

so i pop in the tiptronic. wait til the lights turned green.
Green. he flors it causing him to screech a bit. (not sure if its AT or MT) I flor it but not enough to make the tires screech. evenly head to head until I hit 3500rpm(love that sound of vtec)
before i knew it. i was ahead by half a car the whole stretch til i hit 70 mph.
so we slowed down. rolled down the window. i wanted to ask what he had in it. but then there was a chick. i think she was on E or something all waving, singing happily and shit so i couldnt meet a fellow TLer haha. so we went our separate ways.
