I was wondering if any of those that have their TL's already can tell me where the 3rd brake light is located. I couldn't see it in any of the pics... it doesn't seem like it is right on the rear deck where the speakers are... like the 03's.

Does anyone have the wing spoiler and does it block the 3rd light? How is the view out the back with the wing spoiler there?

the third light (Tail light) is located at the top of the rear deck, which is somewhere at the top of the rear window, and the spoiler does not have a light on.
Remember that you have LED light on the vehicle, and I guess that Acura wanted to reduce the cost of the rear wing spoiler, thats why it's without a light.
another thing is that Acura wanted the TL to look different, look in the streets, and you won't be able to tell which car is which, specially at night, because all of the car manufactures use almost the same tail light, you cannot tell a Mazda 6, from a Nissan Maxima, from Acura TL.
Notice that there is a $100 difference between the rear lip, and the spolier, and I believe that I'll be the only one that goes with the spoiler, because the lip looks like the 04 Maxima's, and I hate that ugly car.

 

Qatar, I will also be opting for the the rear spoiler as the lip doesn't do much for the car, and the 3rd tail light is at the very top of ther rear window.

I did see a sample of a wing spoiler and a lip spoiler at my dealer a couple of days ago and I would also get the wing spoiler...

I am actually tempted to trade in my ABP 02 TL-S for a SSM 04 with the wing spoiler. I saw one in the showroom and it was sweet. (Decisions, decisions...) Maybe after the winter... and a few more months in production... I would also opt for the Navi as I hear that just makes a sweet car sweeter...

The lip spoiler was on an anthracite TL and it just didn't do anything for the car.
