I was wondering if anyone here has bought seat covers and knows which ones to stay away from and which ones are any good?
I have not as my seats are still good to go, however, I'm prepared to pop for new skins if/when the driver's seat finally cracks:
I bought an 06 with 131k miles 2 weeks ago. Satin silver like the one posted above.
It was a one owner car, and the owner showed me some service reports including dealership services that showed things in condition from green-yellow-red. He told me the timing belt was replaced at 95k, but he didn't have papers for it. I took his word on that because he seemed overall pretty open about it all. I checked the trans fluid WITHOUT A PAPER TOWEL like an idiot, and judged it to be "pink enough". When I got home i checked it properly and its nice and pink, so I'll go for a change in a bit but not worried about the trans.
I paid $4700 for an asking price of $5k. The fact it was one owner and driven by him and then his wife was a huge selling point to me. Car seat in the car when i showed up to test drive, all stock floor mats, etc. Good luck finding your TL!

It is certainly appropriate to ask for the VIN so you can run a check on the car. In my case, I live in the Manchester area and drove down to the Hartford area to buy my car. The folks I bought mine from proactively ran a CarFax for it so I had not only that, but dozens of detailed pictures. The car was listed for sale on one of the various sites I was using for my search, I don't remember which one, on a Friday afternoon. I called them immediately, made an appointment for Saturday morning, and drove down for a test drive. I liked the car enough to write out a check there and then and drove home. The following Saturday my wife drove me back down to pick the car up.

Currently in the middle of a transmission fluid change (that 3x3)

A Nexus 7 tablet with Apple Car-play (followed a guide here for Timur's Kernal)
Black vinyl wrap on the roof.
I stitched together a leather steering wheel cover, a new leather arm-rest cover and got super fed up with my ripped cupholder lid, so I made one with the old plastic rails and a spare piece of leather I had.
Problems (Minor):
Radio/Amp buzzes on loud volumes
The dash is starting to crack 😢
...my hood paint is starting to chip, but the hood paint isn't original.
The dang paint on the steering wheel acura logo chipped off.
I cracked my OEM A-spec lip so I gotta find a way to fix that. In the meantime I found a salvage yard rear bumper off of a 06 TL with some mud flaps ($70, a steal!).

Always wanted one of these. Had a 99 Prelude that I really liked but the back seats were too small for my kiddos. Trying to get used to this clutch!

225,700 something. Needs some work on the interior and a really good cleaning but it runs well. A PCV valve and purge solenoid and that will solve most of the issues. I can feel the bluetooth link always warm too and it always says booting so I think it's shot. Just little stuff.
What did you install to get the apple carplay in the top nav screen spot? I just bought a 3rd gen TL and am looking to replace the aging nav/radio, but everything I see replaces the lower head unit.Thanks.

Got it from a family member. Getting some maintenance work done in the next couple weeks. Timing belt kit, valve cover gaskets, fluids, etc. Also, swapping over my j-pipe and PCDs to it from my Accord.
Very happy with it and moving on from a 07 Accord Sedan 6-6 which is for sale now. Picture from the night I brought it home.
