I was wondering what I need to put my 05TL fog light on the lower part of the bumper like the type S? If anyone can give me a list of things I might need and if it can even be done on the 05 bumper?

 

search on ebay for 03-05 Accord Sedan fog lights.

then once you acquire these, you can start cutting up the lower grill area with your tool of choice. (most use a dremel)
cut enough away that the fog and its housing fits snug.

07-08 cant be done with the 05 bumper, but you can do the accord fog light mod that I install. Cutting is required and its a custom fit so everyones will look different. Here is how I do it:


Be-careful who you buy from because I don't get OEM fogs, but I also don't mess with EBAY since most of them are plastic and will burn up. I pay around $80 for the set compared to $50 on ebay, but when the plastic burns or the EBAY ones crack you will be upset that an extra $25-$30 wasn't spent for the quality fogs.

 

acktl05 my tl is a 06 does that mean the tl oem fogs wont fit?

Ive bought Ebay Accord Glass fogs. Ive had mine for over a year and thank god, I have no cracks nor have they melt. Ive bought the type-s grills to do mine, and gave the stocks away. here are mine, If you want more info PM and Ill send you to the ebay seller I bought them from.

if you are getting the type-s bumper and its associated grilles.....all you have to do is buy the foglight housing for the 07-08 TL.

you do not have to mess with the ACCORD foglights at all.

 

Thanks. And since I have to wire everything in (because I have a 05' TL), does the 07-08 tl foglights come with wires and switch? or, Can you please recommend a good fog light wire kit to go with?

 

Justnspace gave you the answer .. You are gng to need some kind of. Harness to feed the fog lights. You might want to tap into your regular fogs from your 05 tl to feed the 07 fogs..hope that make sense.
