Ryobi looks good.. but I swore them off after buying their 18V trimmer.

I hear you Taco. I have an almost 3000 psi rig back home, but an electric one is pretty pimp for reggo shit.
I was just wondering what the edge of business is and it seems 2000 psi just might be enough from Breezy's post.

protein shakes are only a fraction of what you need to consider. They're far from being the holy grail for getting someone big. I have 2 shakes every workout day (1 normal, 1 post workout that feeds the now starving and devasted muscles). But even so, 2 shakes is only netting me about 65g of protein. I'm ingesting ~280g of protein these days, so more than 3/4s of my intake comes from more natural sources. I'm trying to hit 1.5g of protein for every pound I weigh... up to 300g. I'm beyond that, weight wise, but I'm also trying to cut down first. Shiiiet, only ~2250cal per day.

Other stuff you you need to consider include branch chain amino acids (super important), and personally, I also like citralene malate. It is a vassal dialator, meaning you get way more blood and nutrients moving into your muscles while working out. It's not super important, but the BCAAs are a definite must. They keep your muscles from going catabolic (aka eating themselves to provide your body with energy), and they overall cause your body to focus on burning stored fat as energy instead of muscle. Because of my low caloric intake, I sip on BCAAs all day, to preserve my muscle mass. I've only gained a few pounds of muscle over the last 10 weeks, but I've been able to drop 20 pounds of fat on top of that.

By the end of the day, you can make yourself look however you want. Just takes commitment and time. I'm turning myself into a science experiment to see what I can achieve, because hell, why not?

That's pretty much the same as the Sun Joe Yummy, but Sun Joe reviews and price is slightly better.

That's a good point. The low weight and compactness of an electric washer is all good. I'd rather use that on random small things, then pulling the much bigger fucker out. Ryobi is a good budget brand tool manufacturer. If you're doing anything remotely heavy duty with it, I'd stay away from Ryobi. For small shit, yeah, all good.

Science experiment is a nice way to put it: and honestly, so long as it's safe, go for it.

I am an admitted gym rat but my dedication to diet is simply related to high concentrations of vegetables and fruits. I do ingest protein but that is part of my meals (i.e. dinner/lunch)...my supplements are the basic multi-vitamin. I do not drink soda or coffee regularly. If I do the latter, it's usually on weekends...caffeine source for me is green tea.

But, yeah...my science experiment is very basic. Not much complexity at all.

Had to go to the store this past weekend, came to an old country road with a car approaching
I'm in the V like fuck it.. don't want to be stuck behind that fool and miss out on some fun in the curves.
I turn out easy and then get on it as to not completely cut that guy off like an asshat.

and I'm like.. wtf V... you let me down.. where's the powahs?!?!?! (slow as balls, car closes in)
Well.. after 3 years of ownership. I think I know her. No.
She was sliding on the wheels from the turn. I didn't put much throttle at all but tires were spinning like a mofo.
I did some crazy fishtail cuz I got on it more before realizing she was sliding.. I let off and back on.. see ya!

It was awesome.
It was like me cursing her, and her cursing back like suck my meaty cock!!!
And then raping you with a meaty cock stick.
You can't do shit but clench and take it. Fuck yeah.

There.. just to fill the space of J talking about his poop cuck mobile and how awesome it is.

Have you changed at all in size? You need carbs to fuel your muscles. You need proteins to build them. I hate to say it, but veggies don't do $hit for you I eat the equivalent of up to 3 cups of veggies a day, but I don't even count them in my nutrition calcs, they're so minor. So basically, you can have the exact same results by doing nothing Hey, I don't make the science.. I just follow it!

They're a dime a dozen here, both chargers and challengers, in redneck country. I probably see 1-2 per week.

Well here's the thing... the Charger is a biiiiig car. Like, huge for a family of 4. Probably pretty adequate for a family of 5- at least for a number years before they start growing up. I'm sure you could easily make due with one. Aren't you looking to buy the new odyssey and something else to replace the accord? Why not save money and buy a used Ody, take the money you saved and add it towards the accord replacement. You get a car that's bigger than the accord, has gobs of power and will more than likely get the job done (if the accord did also).

Chargers and Challengers I see all the time. No hellcats though. Two guys at the gym park their modded Challengers next to each other every morning. When they start up it's pure

That's what I've been thinking, instead of going brand new I may just get a used Ody. 2016. I'm still on the fence about the 18 Ody anyway, the sliding seat feature is cool and in on board cabin camera, but I don't want to pay almost 50k for a minivan. I have to think smart.

No, that's what I mean. I see 1-2 Challenger Hellcats or Charger Hellcats, every week. I've posted pics of them in 3GR on a couple different occasions. I remember there was a Challenger and Charger hellcat at the same time at my gym one day. They're everywhere around here. People love debt here I've yet to see a Demon though, but I get the feeling those wouldn't see much road traffic. they're probably locked up in glass boxes for the next 25 years

Damn, that's expensive. New features always come out... but it's the key basics that you really need (and which pretty much every odyssey has had for years). But then again, I'm all about buying used and letting someone else take the biggest hit on the car. I mean, do you really need an on board camera to see your kids are screwing around? Just turn around and tell 'em to sit down and shut up before you have to pull the van over and spank them all.

Man, a scat pack would be a nice upgrade to the accord

Yea, the 2018 doesn't come with the cool box either to get the juices and water cool. I really liked that feature.

I can probably escape with getting a EX-L. I would like TV/Nav but I can always go aftermarket.

A lot of the Accord guys are going that direction...

Accord Touring/Sport/6-6, whatever they are going from that to Mustangs and Chargers.

Well, ask the peeps who've met me like asianspec and Mizouse for example. I'm not a large person at all...5'8" @ 145lbs. So, I'm quite slim. Fark, I'm usually in a 36R suit. Pre-gymming version of me was 135lbs. So, yeah, I suppose I did change size but I've stayed at the 145 for the last number of years.

I do NOT count calories. I just watch what I eat...that's all I'm saying. I do not have an opinion or will pretend I've studied the diet requirements to get larger but as I implied or am saying now, that's not a factor for me. I'm fine with my strength and weight.
