The engineering behind the modern Tesla's is pretty stout and simple AF. I wouldn't worry about it at all from that respect.
I'd worry more about tires and overall battery and motor condition.
They say you should take it in every year to get checked / serviced which is roughly 600.

In-n-out used to be good.. and I'd say some spots are still good. It's a little hit and miss now though.
