I only drink black coffee. I find sugar and cream/milk just defeats the purpose of drinking coffee... that and being diabetic, I don't need the extra sugar, and with the amount of coffee I drink daily, I don't need the extra calories from cream/milk.

I do not like dark roasts for the simple reason they have less caffeine in them then lighter roasts.

I will drink dark roasts on occasion, but my personal preference is a medium roast.

I'm also a big fan of drinking black double espressos. Mmmmmm.

Good. Black coffee FTW. I would suggest that not ALL dark roasts are made equal and some, do not taste like dirt. But, medium roasts are a nice balance and a good hit for caffeine.
