You get fired up real quick, Adam...you express your opinion as fact then then take opposing opinion VERY personally.

We are all friends! Adam just gets mouthy!
Jeff...I like the contrast of the red on blue...so, yes...or even base reds...I don't like the ghost ons or any that have the clear reflectors.
then again, I also like backlit led emblems so that that for what it's worth.

haha yea for sure man. I like the red stripes a lot, if I could do it over again Id go that route. I hated the base reds.
This is my first time modifying a car, so as you go along you learn what looks good and what doesn't. Ive already had to redo stuff such as my headlights as that painted ring and strip was so fucking nasty. I hated it instantly lol.

if you cant match two socks, you cant mod a car.
I should have specified- I haven't seen a car with a lit badge on the rear of the car, where the badge is generally located on a metal surface, as is shown on the Amp'd website (I wasn't aware of the Merc front badge to be honest, but I was referring to the back). The Mercedes one, above, looks professional, with the light evenly spread along all edges, which Amp'd does not look, at least judging by your photos, to do. Something also tells me that the Merc badge costs a few pennies more than $100, like Amp'd is selling. You get what you pay for.
Then there is the backlit logo which only illuminates when the brakes are hit. That is even worse looking and incredibly cheesy. As cool as underglo on cars, or halo headlights that are not like that from the factory. It's just ripping BMW off and looks stupid on cars that do not have it as OEM.
And while "mod guys" generally see anything that gets modified as an improvement, not everything should be modified, because they aren't always improvements. But of course, telling that to a 22 year old won't make sense. Telling it to a 40 year, and they'll likely understand.

LMAO, contributing bullets!
Yeah, it's respectable...and you got me all wrong...
your car is super swell, I actually do dig it even if you think I don't.
There was a time where I REALLY wanted one...and to get a Nismo...with Ray's forged concave wheels, are you kidding me?!!?
Just so happens the cards I was dealt led me to the Caddy and some Hondas...maybe one day I'll give Nissan or even Lexus a shot...
that's if I don't grow a sack and go German for once...

Don't lie. I know you hate it. No harm, no foul. You're just jealous you don't have a tri-colored body kit
I wish I could've bought one at 22... though I'd likely would've wrapped it around a telephone pole before I hit 22.1

Naw, I really don't hate it...
When I had my RSX-S (JDM-Yo, because final build destination was somewhere in Japan) I dated a girl with a manual 350...
I found her seats hard, and suspension pretty *sporty* but overall, it had some balls and RWD is racekor life.
First FAST car I ever drove was my ex roommate's 280ZX his uncle built for him while we were in HS...boosting 26 PSI turbo...was the first car to SCARE me.
I always had a soft spot in my life for a Z...and wouldn't be shocked if I own one one day.
