Nissan is not without flaws...but, at least they attempt to cater to SOME of the demographics that enjoy a sports car. What does Honda have now? Nothing...and the NSX JUST finally arrived. But, outside of taking 3 mortgages for it, what does Honda have?
Oh right, RLX with upgraded tires. And an RDX that apparently gets chicks.

Not having a car payment is nice.. that's where doing your own work on your car can pay off.

In the least, you know how long it should take and how much it should cost to fix.

BUT...outside of that, I still think back to when we were shopping for both cars (FX and the MINI), Honda was immediately crossed out since there were really nothing they offered that was enticing. Even if the RDX would get me so many bishes lined up to bang me. I know...I'm stupid.

I suggest buying an old car that is cool and restomodding it, or just wait until your current car is cool again.

yeah and if you put a little aside each month into a fund, tires and surprise parts needing repaired dont bite u in the ass.

Well, during your temp absence, I've been lusting for the Volvo V90 BAD...I also casually strolled into a Merc dealership to look into the E-Class Estate (non-AMG)...
Both are probably the cars I'd get right now if I'm buying today. The A4 allroad is a possible darkhorse but it does not offer all the "tech" I am getting from the Mercedes. The V90 is not out yet but I'm gathering it's very similar to the XC90's features and so, I got a good idea from that.
The "true" Shooting Brake is what, the incoming Panamera? Yeah, too rich for me. Not on this salary.

A Shooting Brake is a wagon...just typically an uber-high-end wagon. So, I guess you could consider say, the E63 AMG a Shooting Brake too given it's price.
RS6 Avant would be that too...

I think it sucks they didn't make an intermediary between the E350 and the E63 estate

No sir. And albeit, it was because my car was in for servicing that I strolled to the Merc dealership nearby. I truly was there just to get an idea of the E-Class Estate. And then, my attention got diverted to the stunning AMG GT. But, that was because well, AMG GT.
V90 is the prettiest of the wagons right now for me though. But, dealerships don't have info yet up here in Canadork. So, I'll have to wait...signed up for alerts from Volvo Canada...hopefully I can test drive one.

The GLA45 is nice-looking...but, taking performance out, it's kinda the Countryman S...I'm trying to get back into a car.
