Considering I previously bought and sold a condo, got a car loan and paid it cash the next month, I believe I am mighty fine. Can't talk for crabman.

yeah, i'm in the range of 790-820, depending on which credit bureau...

so, no worries about it falling or going up, as i use it as a tool to build wealth and not a goal to reach(omg 820 credit score)

Yeah no idea how you guys need to handle your credit over in the States. Here, contract a few loans, pay them on time like a good little puppet and that's about it.
I got approved for my condo before even contracting a car loan. Guy was like... "ishhhhh not sure buddy, but we'll try". 2 days after all was well.
They'll loan money to anyone anyway clearly, otherwise there wouldn't be so many caught in mortgage debt...

 

Fucking used cars loans here are ridic though. 11%... might as well ask for money to your neighborhood drug dealer, at least this guy might give you an extra month if you don't pay up. Or take your legs.
