Demarcus and Shaquita live in the projects on the 2nd floor. Shaquita goes to the welfare office at 9:30 AM on a Tuesday. Tiffany the white girl next door needs a cup of sugar. Marcus gave Tiffany the sugar around 9:45 A.M. Was Shaquita home when Tiffany came over?

No. Welfare office is extremely understaffed and very slow on Tuesdays. Lines are about 2 hours long even before they open at 9:00AM. Shaquita probably stopped at 7-11 before going to welfare office to get a grape drank because she knew it was gonna be a long line. She finally finished at the office at 11:30 and went to the local El Pollo Loco to grab her and the baby daddy a family meal with her newly funded EBT card. Then she went to WalMart to pick up some makeup because Marcus done said they be going on a nice date and she needed a little something something. She finally gets home at noon with half cold chicken. Marcus and Tiffany finished at 11:45 because let's be honest... black guys can last forever. Tiffany probably came about 4 times in the 2 hour time frame and left. Marcus jumped in the shower at 11:45 and was at the front door to greet Shaquita at her car at noon to help with groceries bags because he's a gentleman like that.
