ROFL...I thought Aaron was already banned from the BM section....
I dont think he had the right business tactics...even while selling the JnR ECU he mentioned it will fit all cars when he knew it would only fit 2007-2008 cars...I did try to mention in his thread and even text him to make sure he doesnt "purposely" screw the buyer...
dude even messed me over with exhaust wraps and went talking shit about me....I dont know him personally and I feel he might be a good person, in person (giving him the benefit of doubt) but I certainly wont do any business with him...
with that said....the past 3-4 weeks have just gone by....never has time "flown" by sooooo quickly....just me?

Chad...no, you dont have to sell something to be a vendor...Vendors pay a monthly fee....
but you have to be a Vendor to sell something you have made or are making for many members....so like he was selling domed decals or like Supercomputer was selling door sills and pedals....
i think they changed the rule where when you become a vendor, you have to pay for the first 3 months upfront and then its monthly...so you will be a vendor for atleast 3 months...
I think the bans come in over feeler threads....as a member you are allowed to create feeler threads but a lot of folks push the line and once they have members who have signed up and the product ready, they try to sell it without becoming a vendor....

I'm willing to bet that said law enforcer probably has never been on an acura/tl facebook page. And probably had no idea he is selling them in multiple places. It's called an emotional response, that from here with the info I see, was unwarranted.
Make no mistake I don't care what happens here. I'd fight the same position for any of you all.
Finally, the evidence I knew would show up 
Aaron/Sharksbreath, you're hereby banned from AcuraZine for taking advantage not only of our resources by being a non-supporting vendor (where?), but also for ripping off our members (coincidental), and leaving a negative impression behind (certainly true but a bannable offense?). to be clear for everyone about Aaron/Sharksbreath. He was not banned for the customer complaints/he said-she said stuff. He was banned for lying directly to me about his running of a business within the community, while no longer paying vendor fees.
