i used a magnum once...
was pretty embarrassing to pull out and then have to go back and sheepishly pull it out separately after the fact. felt like i was nailing a glad bag.

Magnums are not that much bigger....now the Magnum XL's are ridiculous....I used Magnums for the longest time and decided to buy a pack of the XL's....too bad you cant return them

Well, I normally use one of those finger protectors for opening letters, so it seemed pretty huge to me.
It was definitely XL, but as Maj posted, supposedly that makes no difference? I'd love to know what he was doing research on to have that spec sheet.
