J, the B8 is known for failed catalytic converters every 60k????
im on Craigslist browsing around and came across a B8 for 14k but it won’t pass smog... guy is claiming there’s issues with the catalytic converters.
cant believe a brand new Audi goes for 50k and I can go get a 2016-2017 for mid 20s... I can get a 14 for under 20k...
i should have asked my old boss what she what she got hers for. She’s always wanted a A6 and she finally bought a used one a couple months ago.

I hadn't heard of failed cats but if that was the case, you could pick up a set for pretty cheap on the black market on audizine.
The B8 specifically is very trouble-free. Especially if you don't go nuts tuning it.
