In Dennisov's case, it's "easy" to be a billionaire when you cheat on taxes and have a direct line to Daddy's wallet. You lose a few million here and there, get a bankruptcy bailout here and there, no problem...still have plenty of millions to help recover and rebuild.
If we lose say, 40% of our assets, it is staggering because we don't have that deep well to use. His well allows him to fail, lie, fail, lie, and fail all the time and still be doing well. Get in bed with some Russians too to help pad that well. We, the regular Joes, don't have that capacity or ability.
Anyways, sorry for the R&P chatter. Finito.
