Here's how it works:
In IT, I know literally an endless line of non-IT qualified people who are in leadership positions...demographic??!?? GWAI-RO.
ZERO of this types that are Asian. Zip. Zilch. Nada. If you are Asian, no qualifications that is not backed by a PhD, MBA, CCIE, PMP, and etc. etc. etc.? Not hired. Not even foot into the interview door.

So where I work now is literally like the United Nations. People from every walk of life. In my branch, white people are actually a minority.
There was a very-higher-up talking at a meeting today... he was white. And so were two other people on/around his same level

I used to like to color change my broth. All red, with the chilli hot sauce, whatever it is. I only use hoisin on whatever is on my spoon.
These days I’ve cut down much of the hot sauce. Just a wee bit into the broth. Hoisin and more hot sauce goes on whatever is on the spoon.
And yes, I chop stick that shit. Spoon in one hand. Sticks in the other. Go to town on the bowl, like I’m eating groceries.

@Saintor : I only drive in Sport+ mode, because the transmission in my TLX otherwise sucks.
Also @Saintor : the 3.5L V6 (when in normal mode) nets 1 mpg better, so it’s the bestest, but I only drive in Sport+ mode because of the transmission, but I’ll use two different car scenarios to compare to any one other car scenario. Oh and you don’t want to know my fuel economy when in Sport+ mode.
