I'm always a bit miffed about Veterans Day. Seems like they only really recognize the major uniformed service branches and I always feel left out. I served in two of the largest campaigns of my generation: The War on Drugs, and the ongoing War on Christmas.

And do I get free pancakes at iHOP? No. How about a free Krispy Kreme? Nope.
