So i have had some unofficial races with my friend in his mazda 3. We are both completely stock, and just letting you know my tl is not running at its peak level.

Anyway we were on a open street at a red light and we go for it. He obviously knows he's gonna lose tries to cheat and is not all the way up at the light, at my second door and when the other lights are turning red he gets a little jump on me, but nonetheless i still take him. Had about half a car and we closed at 90

whats the specs on the MAZDA 3? if you dont mind me asking, cause I really dont pay attention to any Mazda cars lol.......

he has the 2.0 4cyl. i think 150 hp somewhere around there. ohh and btw i had a 3 others in the car and he only had one other person

yeah mazda 3's are pos. my roomie's friend has a debaged 1gen speed3 so it looks like a normal 3 with the speed3 kit... sneaky.

Saw a MS3 put down 409whp the other week.

That's just an upgraded turbo and other components with a great tune.

haha nice, at least you get to see it at full throttle. I've never seen a super car or any other powerful cars go fast.

Ohh yea i had another run i never put on here, it was a while ago with my friend. He drives a 7th gen civic. Haha well of course you know i would have murdered him so badly i decided to have some fun!! We did a 35-40mph roll 3 honks to go. To make it interesting i put my auto in trip and popped it in 3rd gear haha. So my revs were hanging really low. So anyway we are off and what do you know its neck and neck. I hear his gears changing and im still in one gear haha. As soon as I reach around 5k the power comes and I pretty much keep gaining on him. Not sure when we closed, cause traffic started comin but i pretty much reached the top of 3rd gear. Haha can't believe I won staying in one gear.

His mods, SRI, and axle back. Coils too but that doesnt really help him here. And i'm completley stock

Lol i know this was a really short run, but we were both heading home from a friends place and just decided to have fun, we soon hit traffic and had to split on our own paths so we didnt get any other runs in

I'm not a street racer or whatever but I have run into a few cars in the past that have provoked me at the right place right time lol.

Notable encounters (with current mods in sig):
Mercury Marauder - 3-5mph roll from stoplight, pulled him by 2-3 car lengths by 90mph (middle of the night, empty highway)
5.0 Mustang - 50mph Freeway roll, killed him by 4+ car lengths
98'ish Mustang GT - 50mph Freeway roll, also 4+ car lengths

I love beating down the older pre -99 GT's. I know they can gain lots of power with certain mods however the stock pre-99 GT's are not that fast. Good Kills!
