2009 TSX cargo hooks in 3rd gen TL

just like the title says, has anyone tried to install the 2nd gen TSX cargo hooks in 3rd gen TL?

I actually found instructions on how to do the install (of course this is for 2009+ tsx)

all I know is it fits into the 1st gen TSX's...

They sell the same hooks for the new TL too I believe. As well as a tray that comes out. I remember reading somewhere on here that the hooks are doable, the tray is not.

this is offtopic, looking at your signature, I noticed you upgraded from 04 TL Navi to 05 TL non-Navi same color 6MT. I just curious why you did such upgrade? was the 04 totalled perhaps?
