Recently bought a 2008 TL S with a stainless Magnaflow exhaust system with a deleted resonator. Was too loud with terrible low rpm power.

I just had a Resonator added. Car sounds great, low RPM torque is there, lost some in the upper RPM's. I regret maybe not ordering the Magnaflow resonator to keep the system spec.

Question: Is there anything I should consider doing to ensure the car is breathing right?
Air Flow Sensor reset? ECM reset (I'll probly do this)? Take it to Acura or a performance exhaust shop for tuning?
