Will an 08 base TL bumper fit on a 04 TL? I want to do this so I can get the OEM fogs.

the 04-08 bumpers are interchangeable.
if however, you want to do it JUST because of the factory fogs, you'll be spending a cool $1000-1500.
thats a lot of money, just to get factory fogs in place.


There is however an easier and cheaper option!
