Arrow 2007 TL-S...TINT help needed

I just got my TL-S and want to put some tints on it...I know Huper Optik is the best but being that It's $400-$500...I'm thinking there has to be some other "cheaper" brands that are almost as good...the ones I know to be good are madico, lumar, 3M Just wanted to know your opinions on which film I should go with in addition to considering Huper Optik. Also what % tint should I get ?

I just put 3M tint (20% on the back windows and 35% on the front) for $170.00. I went to a tint shop recommended from the dealer. My first price quote was $200 and they dropped it $30 as a "dealer price" or so they said.

Initially they were going to do regular tint for $130, but I thought it best to go with the 3M. In fact, I need to go out to the garage and use the alcohol wipes on the little 3M logos all over the inside. Supposedly they put that on there so you actually get 3M tint when you buy it. (In other words, no swith-a-roos).

...I had 3M on my 2003 lexus ES300 and had some logos on the film...good quality tint film, but the installer wasn't that great...originally paid him $240 for the job..the top of the film along the top of the window wasn't equi-distant from the edge of the window...after takin the car back numerous times for things...i got him to give me $150 back and i was completely satisfied haha

Llumar is one of the best auto tints on the market. I would highly recommend Llumar film if you can find a good installer. A lot of tint places also use Madico, which would be my choice if I couldn't find a Llumar tint installer.

I agree that 35% is about the perfect tint shade. Not to dark and not to light. Give the car a classy look and not gangster.

I'll have to go take a closer look it appears. Sorry you had trouble. I just went there because it was who the dealer recommended I go see. The 3M tint was the top of the line that this establishment offered....at least in black/smoke tint.
