^there is no single magic "pill" to keep your car running.
OVERALL MAINTENANCE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! is that magic pill.
this means, you need to put in work......
if something is broken, FIX IT.
it's as simple as that.
REMEMBER, at the most basic level, a car is a machine.
you need to keep a machine clean, lubricated, and running.
if you fail at any one of these aspects, your car will suffer.
this means; use premium fuel. change out fluids regularly, wash the car, notice anything broken? fix it.
ya know, simple basic car maintenance stuff that you should be doing already.

simply put; there is none.
I want to help you.
I just think you are wording your questions wrong.
is your car up-to-date with all its maintenance?
Do you think something is wrong with the car?
how long have you had the car?
Do you perform your own maintenance? or do you take it somewhere?
as long as you change the oil when the MID(on-board computer) tells you too, you're golden.
if you spot something broken, have some one fix it.

^nope!
enjoy driving your "new to you" TL!!!!
to you and your newly acquired TL!!
that is; if your car is running in tip-top condition already!
if your car isnt running in tip-top condition; you'll need to remedy it.
make sure brake pads and rotors are still good.
make sure you have great tires with great tread.
make sure you use premium fuel.
make sure you change the oil when the car says to.
make sure all fluids are filled to full line.
etc. ya know, general car maintenance.
