Okay,
Im fairly new to the AZ community. NEED Feedback, so pretty much I am looking at Acura's yrs. from 04-06. Well I found an 06 Acura TL w/ navi. Its auto as I dnt want to have MT since commuting is going to be a pain due to traffic all the time. High miles are not an issue. As long as the previous owner followed recommended maintenance. Budget 13 grand.
Found:

Info. ASKING $13,000(price negotiable)
-2006 Acura TL /AT
-Anthracite Metallic Grey
-112,xxx miles
-has Navi
-CLEaN TITLe
-Has all documents for maintenance services to show proof.
-Xcellent interior condition since the owner has reconditioned the leather once a month
-Exterior been buffed every 3 months. and has always taken it to the dealer for service.
-No aftermarket parts all OEM.

So, should I go for it since its in my budget and has eveything I want in the car. Most of the other cars are at $16,000 for 04-06 on low mileage.

My question is this vehicle too high or too low. Any other major services that are needed along the road? jumping from 91 acura integra coupe ls to this. Do not want to wait for another car this low at that year to come by since its car to come buy in terms of price. Should I take it?

Has the 105k timing belt water pump been done? If so, i'd get it down to $12k and pull the trigger.
