2004 TL - strange fill plug?

I have stock 2004 TL. I am the original owner, so I know no non-stock parts were installed there. Recently I did 3x3 ATF change, and I expected to see a normal fill plug (bolt) on top of the transmission. Instead I saw a much larger bolt that was hollow inside, with the metal tube that sticks out of it. The tube turn 90 degrees slightly above the bolt and connects to a rubber tube that is flexible and can be bent away (that's how I filled ATF). The other end of the tube goes back to another hole on the same side of the transmission.
It's all located on the driver's side, right below the fuse box under the hood, so the location seems right.

I made a picture of it

It's made from the driver's side of the car. So, you see (out of focus) the side of the fuse box on the right.
The assembly I mention is in the lower center. You can see a black metal tube there that bends 90 degrees and connects to the rubber tube.

The horizontal metal part that is connected to the top of the bolt has RDG or RD6 on it. The rubber tube has 3-HON, and then 72i (or something similar) printed in reverse/mirror to 3-HON.

I am just wondering if someone knows what is this part/assembly for?

I did some original ATF change at the dealership (when I did 1x1), and my car has been under the transmission recall at a time.

The service record in their invoice lists 06250-RDG-316 KIT, ATF LUBE PIPE, PART # 23441-P7W-000.

I was wondering if that's the part on the photo.

That's the oil jet kit. As I recently learned, only on the early '04s. It was part of the recall. The later models got revised internal passages and didn't need this kit.

Yup. Saw the same thing on my mother-in-law's 03 Pilot. As mentioned, it's part of the trans update under the recall. It's briefly illustrated here in the following trans-fluid changeout link...
