I have a 2006 Acura TL and the horn function on the steering wheel does not work. Press the horn and no sound. But I know the horn itself works and has sound as when I press the panic button on the alarm, it works and is loud.

It was recommended to change the clock spring because they tested and the connection inside for the horn is broken.

No aftermarket part, only can buy direct from Acura. I cannot seem to find a used part. Any recommendations where to get one?

 

probably a junkyard but something like that is probably best purchased new.
I usually buy from acuraoemparts or one of our vendors on here...
if cost is the biggest factor you can probably try and figure out where the
wires run to and wire up a simple 2 wire toggle up to it to engage it.
