2005 Drive Cycle Procedure Need help :(

I had to pull battery because starter went so put new starter and put battery back in and tested and worked fine. Didn't drive the car for a week and then went to get smog they said the sensors are not ready and I have to do a drive cycle just drive it around. Put about 100 miles on it went back and still said some of the sensors are not ready.

Does anyone know the procedure I would have to do from start to finish to get all the rediness monitors to say im good to go?

thanks

tony

Get an OBD scanner first. Then search online for the procedure for the one that needs to be ready.

you need to drive the car for like around 40-50 miles for your EVAP and emissions system to be in a ready state... when you pull the battery you clear the emission systems check.. in order to get it to Ready status, you just need to drive the car around for awhile til the ecu reads enough data

Move to Florida where we don't have smog emissions testing.
