2010 SS auto? With just a driver


I was amazed with this turn out due to the added weight that I had in my car.

Heading down a nameless road in Mexico I see this new red SS turning left at the same intersection that I was about to turn left so I sped up to see if he wanted to play. Finally catch up to him doing about 55mph in a 40 when the guy looks over at me! He automatically downshifter to what I assume was 2nd gear at 45mph so I downshifted to 2nd at 45 also.. as soon as he heard my RPM's jump up he took off about a second before me but I easily stopped his pull and put 1 car on him by the top of 2nd, shifted to 3rd and put about another 1 and a 1/2 or 2 cars on him by the mid to top of 3rd and shut her down. As soon as I started to slow back down to normal speeds this guy bout slammed on his brakes and yoked it into a self car wash! Lol at this dude cause his car was already clean as hell! This outcome shocked me cause I ran another SS about a month ago but made me fight a lot harder to take the win by only a fender to a fender and a 1/2... ifrom what I heard the outcome makes me think that this SS was an auto cause of the first race but the weird thing about the first race from a month ago was the SS also had 427 badges on her.. a lil tiny piece in me still keeps shouting that maybe the one I raced yesterday was a M6 SS but then I think to my self no way cause I murdered this dude by the top of 2nd gear and only went into 3rd to rub it in a lil more.... well anyways I'm sure that you'll will have plenty to say about this thou I'm sure that it will mostly be that the red SS was an auto! Lol I had fun

although powerful motors.. its a shame they nearly made it 4000 lbs... they are in a a tank of a body, havent been impressive since they came out if you ask me.

glad you showed one of them what a waste of money they spent. (shoulda saved it for the 2011 5.0 stang.)

Yep not sure what's the deal with the power thing! I'm thinking that its just the gearing cause my car is also close to 4k lbs but that auto was just slowwww as a dog! I even think a new R/T Charger would have beaten this car! That's just sad!

And I also have to agree with you about the 5.0 GT's! Those things are "fucking sex" on wheels! Speaking of sex... lol gotta go! The wifies waiting with some new porn site that she found online.. ha

anyways, I agree with Rockstar. These camaro's look cool and all, but the people who bought the 'maro will regret there purchase once the 2011 Mustang 5.0's start smoking 'em left and right, light to light.

Yep I remember hearing rumors about 2 years ago that said Ford was going to make the GTs as fast as the 03-04 Cobras and the V6 mustangs faster then the current GTs... I can't wait to get one! Gonna be a while but atleast ill get a chance to see how I fair against one on the street thou I think us V1 owners days are numbered based on stock performance... lol cars just keep getting faster and faster... I've been thinking of how I can do a good weight reduction on my car to free up some power...

i drove a Camaro SS for a couple days last week while i was in Miami. i was disappointed in how slow it was, but it was fun to drive
