I did research on the forums. Read through the threads regarding ordering from Heeltoe.

Doesn't seem like Heeltoe sells these anymore on his site. Is there any other vendor that does the switchblades?

Some questions to answer:

1) Ebay has milled keys, but will this fit inside the switchblade key fob? Where can i buy the correct switchblade key blade?
NVM, this picture clearly shows a 2004 key will have to be cut to shape.

2) There are plenty of uncut 2007-2008 switchblade key fobs. Do locksmiths mill keys besides the usual cutting?

I found a ebay seller that sells the OEM milled key fobs with cutting. Just gotta program.
