2004 engine swaps
I was wondering if I use a types 2g TL motor can i install in my 3g my motors bout to blew nd I have the 2g motor sitting will I have to get a new ecu or not someone help please

What makes you think your motor is about to blow? Do you think it's top end or bottom end issues (or both)?
Even though you have a 2g motor handy, I've seen 3.2s from the 3G going for pretty cheap online around me on craigslist, marketplace... In the event that a 2g swap isn't worth the time/money/effort, I would think that it'd be optimal just to get the same motor based on its apparent availability. Hopefully someone else here can chime in with details.

Unless you're changing/machining the crankshaft, the nose on the 2G crankshaft is too long for 3G. The older j32 has 2nd lip for the ps pulley.
