maybe because they did not log into their cashback account and click "pay me"
after 60 days the money is put in your cashback account, when you see it in there click the pay me button and it will get sent however method you pick
if you choose paypal it will show up in like 7-14 days and they do not charge you a paypal fee...

Ok so I read some more terms and conditions just to be on the safe side. And I bumped into this...
"7.4 Trial Period Offers. You may have received a limited time of free service or some other trial period offer. Unless we notify you otherwise, if you are participating in any trial period offer, you must cancel the service by the end of the trial period to avoid incurring charges. If you do not cancel your service, and we have informed you that the service will automatically be converted into a paid subscription at the end of the trial period, then you authorize us to charge your payment method for the service."

NO! Its not! It looks like microsoft pulled back the cashback deal with ebay. Im sooooo pissed and sad! I was gonna buy some stuff for my car yesterday but I couldnt find the cashback deal.

Hey peeps, just saw that paypal has 20% cash back too. Lets see, thats 20% or 25% off from MS cashback plus 10% off (one time offer) from ebay than 20% off from paypal equals mucho deniro in the bank. Now that a christmas!!
