I saw on Cars.com 2 WDP TL Type-S for sale with WHITE interiors at the same dealer. In Westmont, IL. They are $24,500-$25,900. Both are beautiful. I never knew they came with white interiors. WOW if I only had the cash. TOO bad they aren't manuals.

 

They don't come in white, unless the dealer replacer the leather and all that with Katzskin white leather.

Are you sure you're not mistaking it with the camel leather?

 

He's probably referring to the Taupe interior. Does look kind of off-white.

 

Also the Type-S interiors are a two tone.....

 

except taupe, i have taupe, and all the leather surfaces and stuff are the same color, unlike the two tone ebony/black.....also the taupe photographs lighter than it looks, therefore it looks verrrrrry near white in pictures. In person it's more of a tan/greyish shade.

 

^ yea I agree.. I have it also. I love it! Looks better than the Tan Leather seats and the Ebony/black seats.

i currently have a kbp which i thought i would like more over the white, but damn...now everytime i see a WDP i get jealous. but i perfer the black interior over the tan interior.

 

Here is the Taupe interior on my 07 KBP TL-S. I personally prefer this interior over the black as I just think it looks classier and more unique.
I can kinda see where someone would confuse this for white. Although you would never see white leather seats being available in any modern car.

 

Absolutely love that interior. I wonder how hard it is to keep clean?

 

I like the taupe interior in the blue, red and white Type S'. I like the 2 toned interior in the black, silver and anthricite. Those combo's seem to match up better.

 

The light grey's can almost appear white in pictures and even in person sometimes. You can see in this newer M6 that at first appearance it could be mistaken for white leather, but it is not.



You can find actual white leather interiors, but only in high-ends, exotics, or custom.
