Cool 1st Kill!

Well guys, I've had this car for a little over 6 months and I finally have my first kill. I'm driving a 2002 TL-S and was just coming home from hanging out with friends with my brother and a friend in the car, when this Hyundai Tiburon and some other car (idk what it was) were weaving in and out. After I kept up with them for a bit they realized I was up for a run, we got all lined up, went to about 20 and i heard both of them floor it, (they pretty much got the jump on me) but instantly my TL-S kicked and just smoked em. It was pretty sick. We hit 80-90 I was 2 car lengths ahead of either of them, I let out a wave and braked down to take my turn that was coming up....

I know some of you guys are gonna be like a Hyundai Tiburon, who cares, but Its my first kill, I'm only 17, and where I live, you have kids my age driving porsche's and M3's and what not, so I'm proud. I just gotta mod my TL-S to compete in the higher classes here.

I Believe you buddy... But trust me, if you are saying KIDS have those cars..... Just practice a little with your TL-S and you dont need mods to compete with those kids..... I raced a friend with his G35 when i got my TLS, Since he was 18 and it was his first time Getting a car with triptonic, he thought he can win from me.... He didnt know how to use it and we did a roll from 30, i had my car on Second gear and im assuming he was still on 5th since it was automatic, so i got the jump on him and it stayed that way until 120 and dats where we shut it...
I meant to say is, Those kids only know how to push the accelerator all the way to the ground, But there is more to it.

It sounded pretty sick. And after driving an 02ish accord (my grandma's, she needed a tire fixed) I can say I'm so thankful for my TL-S. You can accelerate in the accord, and floor it, nothing will happen, much different story in the TL. I was shocked at the difference.

AEM CAI coming soon

Good luck with adding the CAI and nice win, but remember to always drive safe, try to limit weaving in traffic.

Thanks,
Absolutely, if I ever take my TL out for a "race" or a run, its usually late at night with deserted streets. If I screw my car/self up, thats my responsibility, but I don't want to endanger others. Not that i'm doing things that are life-threatening....but I try to keep it moderate...thanks for the heads up
