My car has 135k kms on it (not miles). When is it due for this service, at around 170k?

I found the info off previous forums I looked through. They are kind of outdated. Any new info on where to get the kit/parts from and shipped to Canada would be appreciated.

thats the kit i used. worked great! all oem parts besides the water pump. I dont know about the shipping part tho :/

105 miles = 168.98 kilometers, so yeah, 170 ish.
