08 Acura TL vs 05 Jeep Grand Cherokee?
Well my freind has a Chorrokee laredo and i have the tl. What do u think would win from rolling stop and dead stop? I'm really clueless lol. And ive noticed that the 04-07 had 270 hp but the new tl's have 258 hp whats up with that? And in car and driver it says the 04 tl goes 0-60 in 6.7 do all tl's even 08 with the 258hp do that 0-60? Please answer=)

04-06 has 270hp using the old ratings. The new ratings are 258hp. They are the same engine creating the same hp and torque. The only difference is the TL Type-S in 07-08, which is 286hp under the new ratings.

my brother has a 02 jeep grand cherokee overland (AWD, H.O. 4.7 litre) and he runs 9.8 on the quarter mile and im 10 flat (horrible reaction time) but i raced him on the highway, and destroyed him. i raced him from 25 and murdereeeeeeeeeed him. they are great jeeps. so the laredo will be nothing

Even if he has the hemi engine you will win. He might keep up through 1st gear with all that torque but otherwise he has no chance in hell unless he has mods.
On dragtimes.com they have a couple hemi jeeps that were in the low - mid 14's with just I/E and jet chip. Traps were in the 91-94MPH range though.

OP: TL will win. And it was technically just the '04 and '05 TL's that were rated at 270/238. '06+ Base models were rated at 258/233. It's a long story; best advice is to just pretend that they were never rated at anything over 258/233, because that's what they really make.

I all i can say is i love my tl but the plastic and leather always gets dirty what can i use to wash it. I have black leather. And the plastic is always getting dirty and scratched up. And why do ppl say they use wd-30 when it says wd-20 for motor oil on the tl?
