'07 TL Type-S w/Nav for 12k?

Browsing around for a new car and I came across this at Hall Acura in Virginia Beach, VA.

Used 2007 Acura TL Type S w/Nav System Virginia Beach | VIN: 19UUA76547A019988

156k, one owner, no accidents at a hell of a price.

Unfortunately I can't afford the car, so I figure I should put it out there in case someone wants to scoop it up... it won't last long at this price.

price seems on par for the mileage. Not exactly an amazing deal, but it's an okay price.

Odd. A lot of TLs similar to this I've seen listed between $17k-20k around my area.

Try mid $20k's here in the tri-state area for low mileage Type-S'. They run around $20k here with 100k miles on them easily all day long. lol

damn really? I bought mine back in 2011 with 75k miles for 17.5 otd.

its 2014 now so prices should be a little bit lower.

Just know every Type S has a Nav System, so if they're trying to talk that up-that's off the table.

Now a great price would've been the Type-S I was thinking about buying. It was $9k with 100k miles. But I didn't need another sedan. :/

Not so special price considering 156k like the others have said. Is that stock or aftermarket tint on that WDP?

Isn't that kinda high? I'm working on a godly deal then if this is a great price? lol

Question is though, 07 tl (no nav) vs 07 tls, tl with 54.5k miles, TLS with 79k, basically same prices at around 13.5k condition seems very similar with the TL probably having a very slight edge but booth seemingly in great/excellent shape.

What would people go for? Same colors for both same interior too (of course two tone black/gold tls, black TL interior). I calculated to probably average 2k miles a year on the car I go for, go for the TLS boys?
